Rain Checks (credit)
CGG is committed to providing consistency in customer experience. In the event of a rail fall which prevents you from finishing your round of golf or leaves you in a saturated state. You will be provided with a rain credit based on holes completed.

Cancellations/ Reimbursements
Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your tee time. To cancel your tee time please call the pro shop at 905-841-7378. Failure to properly cancel or change a reservation will result in you being classified as a no-show or short show. You will be responsible for any applicable charges in the event of a no-show or short show per the applicable golf course’s policies. No-shows will forfeit their deposits if applicable. Tee times cancelled outside 24 hours will be eligible for a full credit and must provide proof of purchase. Tee times cancelled outside 48 hours will be eligible for a full credit or refund and must provide proof of purchase Cardinal Golf Group reserves the right to cancel or move you’re tee time(s) booking over 14 days. CGG will do their best to communicate well in advance and to make alternative booking arrangements.
